Join Otto Construction on this guided tour at the construction site of the new VA Health Care Clinic in Marina!
Through this tour, we will learn more about the design and construction of this new 104,000 square foot, three-story health care facility. The clinic will contain medical and surgical suites, as well as mental health, audiology, physical and occupational therapy, and diagnostic service spaces.
You will hear more about the project design’s impacts in the construction phase, the POD system (which helps increase speed, efficiency, and patient satisfaction), sustainable aspects which may assist in achieving the project’s goal of LEED Gold, and the benefits discovered from using BIM on this project.
Otto Construction will provide safety equipment for the tour. Please wear closed-toed shoes. Meet in front of the gate at the project entry onto site.
