The California Architectural Practice Experience (capX) is a statewide program developed by the California Architectural Foundation (CAF) that connects students and early practitioners with architecture firms for paid internships, job shadowing, and virtual mentoring. It’s a flexible way for firms and chapters to support the next generation of architects and strengthen the profession across California.
