AIA Monterey Bay Education Sponsor Lunch THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 14th presented by Forbo Flooring, NA
Steve Vu, of Forbo Flooring, NA, has agreed to be our inaugural education sponsor, helping the Chapter launch what we hope will be a new regular program series connecting manufacturers with our members.
Steve will present:
* Forbo’s products, including updates and what’s new for 2014 and * “full transparency”, EPDs, and HPDs – what they are, why they’re important and what you should be asking all product manufacturers (especially on interior finish materials!)
Steve Vu is an account executive for Forbo Flooring NA. His service territory includes Monterey, Salinas, Santa Cruz, and surrounding areas (as well as cities further north). He has six years of experience in the flooring industry, working for BT Mancini, a flooring dealer whose headquarters is in Milpitas, prior to joining Forbo. He graduated from St. Mary’s College of California with a degree in Business Administration, and is an avid San Francisco 49ers fan.
The meeting is Thursday, November 14th, from noon to 1 pm in the Vintner’s Room of Tarpy’s Roadhouse in Monterey.

Lunch and presentation promptly at noon.
Lunch is your choice of the following: (no substitutions, please)
* vegetable stir fry
* herb-crusted Monterey Bay rock cod filet over rice pilaf with fresh vegetables
* grilled chicken breast sandwich with applewood smoked bacon, jack cheese, cilantro pesto, bbq sauce, grilled red onion, and tomato on a focaccia roll with french fries.
