Risk Management for Designers

$10This 90-minute presentation is designed to address the hot topics and emerging trends of the A/E industry through an interactive discussion with firm members.

There will be a Focus on indemnity and the duty to defend. We will then transition into a conversation on California’s duty to defend legislation.
Participants will be actively engaged in a discussion about claim trends, project delivery models, contracting issues, and risk management practice pointers to better understand how these issues impact insurance coverage and the firm’s risk profile.
