This presentation will look at the five basic Passive House principles and how Passive House is applicable here in California\, using a project located on Pebble Beach’s storied 17 Mile Drive. We will look at the specific building assembly details that meet Passive House performance targets for the Monterey Peninsula as well as the assessment results for the embodied carbon footprint on this specific design.
