Update from Monterey County CBO, Michael Rodriguez:
New codes are scheduled to come into effect January 1, 2014, as well as many local amendments. Michael and Mark Setterland will update us on that process as well as the Permitting process and other improvements and changes that are planned. These include OTC plan checks, back-checks, in-house vs. external plan checks and new fee calculations
